I work remotely most of the time. If you need me to travel for meetings or workshops, I will charge reasonable expenses for travel, accommodation, and meals. If you’re in the UK, we’re talking car mileage and maybe an overnight stay, depending on where you are. If you’re further afield, I’m happy to come to you, but I will also add a travel day or two. Other than that, the above rates are all you’ll ever see on an invoice.

Many consultants, freelancers, and agencies do offer free initial reviews or consultations but what they produce for you will be very generic, highly templated, and not particularly useful to you. It will be designed to upsell you their services rather than giving you valuable, actionable insights that will make an immediate impact.
I prefer to take the time to understand your HubSpot setup in the context of your business, so that my recommendations are as valuable to you as possible. Plus, if I gave away a load of free audits, I’d never have time to do the work that makes an impact.

I’m afraid not. Half a day is the minimum commitment. I used to charge by the hour and, having worked at agencies for many years, I can tell you that charging by the hour never works. Scoping, tracking, and billing by the hour not only gets messy quickly, it uses up time on superfluous admin that could otherwise be spent delivering impact.
Charging in half and full days saves a lot of headaches, makes it easier for you to budget, and frees up my time to focus on what matters most – the work.
